During the FIDH Congress, member organisations, political representatives political leaders, and members of the civil society will gather together at an open Human Rights Forum in the heart of Taiwan for a two day session to discuss the universality of human rights.

The 40th FIDH Forum will examine the threats and challenges facing the universality of human rights throughout the world today and will present the best practices used by human rights defenders, civil society and other actors to cope with these challenges.
